What to do first

How to get great answers

  • Be specific: hardware used, firmware/app versions, network setup, what you expected vs. what happened.

Ground rules

What to expect from us

The SIMO.io team reads the forum and jumps in where we’re most useful — especially on hard bugs, architecture questions, and high-impact feature proposals. We’ll also keep an eye on popular requests to inform our roadmap.
